Re-scheduling absorbs paid fees unless otherwise indicated at time of payment. Once you enroll or gain access to any digital content, you receive immediate value, materials, and intellectual property that cannot be “returned.” For this reason, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any digital or virtual product. All service bookings are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled as above. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time, or no-shows, forfeit the session with no refund or credit. In the event that Peaceful Drive needs to reschedule for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date/time or a full refund. If an event is canceled by the host, all registrants will receive a full refund. If postponed, registrants will receive an alternate date for the event. Payment All payments to Peaceful Drive are required in advance unless otherwise indicated in writing by an authorized representative of Peaceful Drive Holistic Coaching. Digital Delivery Issues If you experience a technical issue (such as difficulty accessing content or missing files), please contact info@peacefuldrive.com within 7 days, and we will ensure you receive the content you purchased.
